STEP 1

2D/3D measurement

Our SeaDek-certified installers digitize the boundaries of the areas to cover, ensuring that the maximum total difference between digitizer lifts is less than 2.032 mm (0.08 in.). Also, in multiplan mode, our specialists configure a minimum of three points for each of the plans, all to prepare the digital modelling so it’s ready for our technical drawing department (CAD).

Measurements are taken by one of our franchised professionals, who are SeaDek-certified installers.

STEP 2

Design creation through computer modeling

Our architectural graphic designers will create the final design of your SeaDek cladding from the digital measurements taken and from the information you provide, notably the colour(s), thickness, texture, teak line direction, design, your logo, and text, if any. After you approve the final design, we will proceed with the third step: cutting out your SeaDek with our CNC machines.

STEP 3

Cutting production with CNC

As a SeaDek-certified manufacturer in Canada, Concept Marine Design uses CNC machines that are programmed to cut and remove the top layer of any SeaDek product, to expose the bottom colour and create nearly any design desired. Once the cutting is completed and the logo of your choice has been routed into the SeaDek, the next step is installation.

STEP 4

Installation service

Our SeaDek-certified installers travel to where your boat is located to do a professional installation that is guaranteed.
